Services

Residential plumbing across Staten Island and Brooklyn. Water heaters are most of what we do.

Most requested

Water heaters

Repair and replacement, gas and electric, tank and tankless. We keep the common sizes on the truck, so most replacements are done the same day instead of turning into a week of cold showers.

Repair

  • No hot water, or it runs out much faster than it used to
  • Pilot light won't stay lit; burner short-cycling
  • Rusty or smelly hot water
  • Popping or rumbling from sediment
  • Leaking valves, fittings, or expansion tank

Replacement

  • 40, 50 and 75 gallon swaps
  • Tankless conversion where the gas line and venting allow it
  • Code-compliant venting, pans and shutoffs
  • Permits pulled where required; old unit hauled away

Drain cleaning

Kitchen and bath drains, tubs, floor drains, main lines and sewer laterals. Where a line keeps backing up we camera it first, so you find out whether you have a clog or a broken pipe before paying to snake it a third time.

  • Slow or repeat-clogging drains
  • Main line and sewer backups
  • Camera inspection and locating
  • Root cutting in older lines

Emergency calls

Nights and weekends for the things that cannot wait until Monday.

  • Burst or frozen pipes
  • Active leaks and water damage
  • Sewage backing up into the house
  • No hot water in freezing weather
  • Gas smell — leave the building and call from outside

Repipes

Whole-home and partial repiping in copper or PEX. Common in older Staten Island and Brooklyn houses still running galvanized, where pressure has dropped and the water comes out brown.

  • Galvanized replacement
  • Copper and PEX
  • Repeated pinhole leaks
  • Low pressure through the whole house

Everything else

Fixtures, faucets, toilets, sump pumps, shutoff valves, hose bibs and gas lines. If you are not sure it is us, call and ask — we will tell you if it isn't.
