These terms cover your use of this site and the messages we send you. The site is operated by Tiipi LLC (the registered brand), doing business as FoundationWeb (DBA).

Using this site

You may use this site to learn what we do and to ask us to contact you. Submitting the form is a request for a conversation, not a contract. Any work we do together is governed by a separate written agreement.

What we say about results

Nothing on this site is a guarantee of leads, rankings, revenue, or any other outcome. Examples and sample sites shown here are illustrations, and every sample business shown is fictional.

Your information

What we collect and what we do with it is described in our Privacy Policy.

SMS Terms

If you book an assessment call with FoundationWeb and opt in to text messages, we send appointment confirmations and follow-ups for that call. Opting in is optional: the consent box is unchecked by default, and you can book without it. You will receive 1-3 messages per booking.

Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email tiipillc@gmail.com.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to these terms
