These terms cover your use of this site and the messages we send you. The site is operated by FoundationWeb.
You may use this site to learn what we do and to ask us to contact you. Submitting the form is a request for a conversation, not a contract. Any work we do together is governed by a separate written agreement.
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of leads, rankings, revenue, or any other outcome. Examples and sample sites shown here are illustrations, and the sample plumbing site is a fictional business.

FoundationWeb sends text messages to people who give us their mobile number on the form on this site. Messages relate to the inquiry you submitted: we reply to your questions, coordinate and schedule your 15-minute site review, and send reminders for the appointment you booked. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text people who did not give us their number here.
Providing your mobile number on our form is how you consent to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. You can withdraw it at any time — see "Stopping messages" below.
Message frequency varies. How many messages you receive depends on your inquiry and on whether you book a call.
Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us. Check your plan if you are unsure what it costs you to send or receive a text.
Reply STOP to opt out. You can reply STOP to any message from us at any time. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will not text you again unless you sign up once more.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly at htmiked@gmail.com. Replying HELP returns our contact information.
Delivery is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
