This site is operated by Tiipi LLC (the registered brand), doing business as FoundationWeb (DBA). This policy describes what we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form on this site, and only when you choose to submit it:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and business name.
• Business information from forms and call booking: your answers about the work you want, how customers reach you today, your current website, and your service area.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and there is no analytics tag installed on it at the time of writing.

How we use it

To book and prepare for the call you asked for, and to follow up with you afterward (by email, and by text if you opted in). That is the whole list. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry and about the call you booked.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Texts are appointment confirmations and follow-ups only. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. See the SMS terms for the full detail.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the site and the messages work , our website host, our form and scheduling tools, and our messaging provider, and only so they can perform that job for us. They are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in contact about your project, and afterwards only as long as we need it for our records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Every marketing-style email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
